Revivify AI ("we," "us," or "the App") is committed to protecting the privacy of your customers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you install the App on your Shopify store.
• Customer Personal Information: Name, email address, and order history provided via Shopify and Recharge APIs.
• Subscription Data: Subscription ID, product details, and charge dates.
• Interaction Data: Return request notes and customer feedback (processed by AI for intent analysis).
• Intent Analysis: We use the Google Gemini API to analyze customer notes to determine retention opportunities (e.g., "Overstock").
• Automation: To trigger "Skips" or "Delays" in the Recharge API based on your configured confidence thresholds.
• Reporting: To calculate and display your LTV Protected and ROI metrics.
• Google Gemini AI: Customer notes are sent to Google for processing. We ensure that data is not used to train global AI models under our enterprise agreement.
• Service Providers: We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with Shopify and Recharge to perform the core functions of the app.
