Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Revivify AI provides an AI-driven revenue recovery and retention platform for Shopify merchants. By using our service, you acknowledge that our software uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini Enterprise Tier) to analyze customer intent and automate subscription actions within third-party platforms like Recharge and Loop Returns.

2. The "Safety Gate" & Merchant Responsibility

Confidence Thresholds

Revivify AI allows merchants to set "Confidence Thresholds." You acknowledge that setting these thresholds determines the level of automation.

Final Approval

By using the "Human-in-the-Loop" queue, the Merchant assumes final responsibility for all actions approved manually. Revivify AI is not liable for financial loss resulting from actions the Merchant or its agents approved through the dashboard.

AI Probabilistic Nature

You understand that AI intent analysis is probabilistic, not deterministic. While we strive for high accuracy, Revivify AI does not guarantee that every customer's intent will be interpreted correctly 100% of the time.

3. Data Privacy & Security

Zero-Training Guarantee: We utilize Google’s Paid Enterprise Tier. We guarantee that your store’s data and customer return notes are processed privately and are never used to train global LLM models.

Compliance: The Merchant is responsible for ensuring their Privacy Policy informs customers that AI may be used to process return or subscription data. Revivify AI is compliant with Shopify’s mandatory GDPR and CCPA data redaction webhooks.

4. Fees and "Fair Use" Policy

Subscription Tiers: Fees are billed monthly through the Shopify Billing API.

Usage Limits:

  • Growth: 100 successful "saves" per month.
  • Pro: 1,000 successful "saves" per month.
  • Enterprise: Unlimited "saves," subject to a Fair Use Limit of 10,000 automated inferences per month. Volume exceeding this may require custom enterprise pricing to cover API overhead.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be handled via Shopify’s billing system.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revivify AI (Ashraf Inc.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue due to an incorrectly "skipped" or "delayed" subscription.
  • Inaccurate intent analysis of a customer return note.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party APIs (Shopify, Recharge, Loop, or Google).

6. Intellectual Property

Merchant Data: You own all data, customer notes, and reports generated by your store.

The Software: Revivify AI owns all rights, titles, and interests in the AI logic, UI/UX design, and proprietary "Safety Gate" algorithms.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time through the Shopify Admin. Upon uninstallation, your access to the ROI Dashboard and Live Feed will cease immediately. Data will be redacted according to Shopify’s standard 48-hour data deletion policy.
